We value our manufacturing partners, all located here in the USA. All flags are constructed here, by craftsmen, with 100% US fabric content. Now and again customers may have a problem with the durability of their flag. We are here to stand behind every flag with our ”America's Finest Flag Guaranty”.

Every flag is guaranteed to be free of factory defect in materials and workmanship and to be colorfast. See chart for size and corresponding guaranty. If you find a defect within the guaranty period, we will provide a replacement flag and ship it to you free of charge upon our receipt of your defective flag.

We also guaranty your flag for normal wear and tear issues. If your flag shreds, frays or unravels within the guaranty period, call us for replacement.

Sorry, we cannot guaranty flags that have been flown on a vehicle of any kind, used for any purpose other than normal flag flying. We cannot replace flags that have been washed by machine, with harsh chemicals or treated in any way not usual. If you need help to clean your flag, call us for tips!

1 year guaranty: flags 12”x18”-3’x5’
6 months: 4’x6’-8’x12’
3 months: 10’x15’-15’x25’
2 months: 20’x30’-30’x60’

Even the finest quality flags can’t contend with physics. The larger the flag, shorter the guaranty period! The larger your flag, the more stress on the stitching and fibers while flying causing faster wear on fabric.
