- How do we process your order? All orders are reviewed the day they are received.
We make every effort to ship the same business day, if the order is received by 1pm eastern standard time.
If your item takes “sewing time” we will make every effort to contact you and advise ship time and delivery options.
If your order is received after 1pm est, your order will be processed for shipping on the next business day.
Our business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Pricing is guaranteed only at the time the order is placed.

- America’s Finest Flags has a partnership with UPS to provide cost effective delivery service.
For a flat rate of $4.95 we will deliver orders to a single address within 4-7 business days within the USA.
You can upgrade shipping to 3 day select, 2 day air or next day air saver.
Rates are available online.
UPS delivers Monday thru Friday. We are sorry, but we do not offer delivery options for Saturday or Sundays.
APO and FPO addresses are sent by USPS. - Lost, Return or Misdelivered Orders
- If you provide us with incorrect delivery information we can not be held responsible for lost or misdelivered or returned packages.
Of course if we make a mistake, we will do everything possible to correct our error to your satisfaction.
ANY ORDER WITH” FREE SHIPPING” WILL BE DELIVERED IN 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS.
Sorry, we do not ship to post office boxes.

The item(s) must be returned to us in an unused condition, in its original package and with a copy of your order receipt.
Outdoor “Assemble Your Flag Sets” and colored flags, pennants and burgees are subject to 20% restocking fee.
Sorry we cannot accept returns on custom flags, sewn to order flags (ex: Civil War Flags) and Indoor Flag Sets.
